Magic Answer Book: Fold & Ask · Effective 24 October 2026

These terms apply to Magic Answer Book: Fold & Ask (“the app”), provided by LiChun Wa (Chun Wa Creative). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Licence (Apple EULA)

The app is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). The Standard EULA governs your use of the app; these terms add information specific to this app. If there is a conflict, the Standard EULA prevails.

2. Entertainment and reflection only

For entertainment and reflection only. The book does not predict the future. Answers are pre-written, original texts chosen at random and have no knowledge of your circumstances. They are not advice of any kind — medical, psychological, legal, financial or otherwise — and you remain responsible for your own decisions.

3. Purchases

The General chapter is free. Optional chapters (Love, Career, Family, Friendship) and the Grand Grimoire bundle are one-time in-app purchases. There are no subscriptions.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. We do not receive or store your payment information.
Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Purchases can be restored on your devices with the same Apple Account via Settings → Restore Purchases in the app.

4. Content and intellectual property

The answers, artwork, text and design of the app are owned by LiChun Wa (Chun Wa Creative) or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may share screenshots of your own answers for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Privacy

We collect no data. Please see our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any decisions made, or outcomes arising, from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
